The essence of family medicine to me is the idea that getting to know someone over time and caring for their total wellbeing adds to their quality of life. I grew up around family medicine and have been drawn to the challenges of helping patients navigate the healthcare system and improving their health. I strive to care for patients as I would my own family members.
