  • Ms. Dana Kaphingst

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Dana has been with KinderCare since July 2005.&nbsp;She started as an assistant teacher part time while she finished her associate's degree in early childhood education.&nbsp; After she graduated, she became the lead teacher in the Toddler Classroom and stayed with the toddlers until she became an Assistant Director in August 2013! Ms. Dana then became the Center Director here at Ballard Road KinderCare in February 2016. Her passion has always been to provide a quality learning experience to children and to support the families in her building. Ms. Dana loves watching the children grow and learn new things daily! She could not imagine her life without her KinderCare family!</p>

  • Ms. Michelle Jackl

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Michelle has been with KinderCare since March 2010. She has her associate's degree in early childhood education. Ms. Michelle had worked in the Preschool Classroom for six years before becoming the Assistant Director here at KinderCare Ballard. She loves that she can make a difference in the lives of children! It is important to Ms. Michelle to involve learning in all areas of the classroom to engage and meet the needs of each individual child.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Emily has been with KinderCare since 2015. She is currently pursuing her child development associate credential through Rasmussen College. Ms. Emily has been working in the child care industry since 2010, but has found her home at the Ballard Road KinderCare in the Infant Classroom. She loves the children and feels fortunate to be part of their development.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Brooke started with KinderCare in January 2017. She is currently working toward getting her child development associate credential through Rasmussen College.&nbsp;</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Katie has been working with KinderCare since 2015. She graduated from Kent State University with her bachelor's degree in human development and family studies with a minor in English. Ms. Katie's favorite part of teaching is getting to work with the children every day, watching them grow into bright and strong individuals.</p>
