We have been very satisfied
We have been very satisfied with our lawn service with TruGreen. They have good customer service and address any questions or concerns immediately!! Not to brag but our lawn looks good even with the hot summer that we have had.

I like the phone notification
I like the phone notification prior to applications. When i have asked to have the treatments rescheduled, the phone agent was always very kind.

If you didn't like
If you didn't like the way the lawn looked a week after TRUGREEN was at your home you just need to call them and they'll send some one over to better your lawn.

Lawn looks good
Lawn looks good. Many years ago we cancelled True Green and the weeds were soon visible, so we have continued to keep up the service.

You folks know
You folks know what you are doing and it shows! Our shrubs grow bigger and more full, The grass also dies well and you are taking care of our large Ash tree to keep it going strong. We like you folks!!

I so appreciated the advice of the lawn service providers at True Green. There were some problems going on in our lawn and shrubs that I knew were there but didn't know what to do about them. They identified the problems and gave us ideas for the treatments, and it's working out very well. As people walk past our property we are getting compliments on our yard. I'm a 31 year

I'm very pleased
I'm very pleased with the condition of my lawn. A year ago, it was all weeds, mostly crabgrass, and looked terrible. Now, it's full, green and virtually weedless - and looks great! I didn't think that much improvement could be made in only one year, but it happened. Nice job, Trugreen.

very impressive
My lawn was transformed in one season. My lumpy muddy weed infested field was transformed into a thick green smooth grass wonderland. I followed the advice of the helpful technicians, and saw real results. I reccomend TRUGREEN to anyone who wants to restore their lawn.

TruGreen takes good care of you and your lawn. They do a great job on the lawn and if you ever have any problems that is all you need to do is call them and they will come and take care of your problem at no further expense.

Great job on calling ahead
Great job on calling ahead for applications and great information packets left at the door if you are not home. My only concern is 1 of the applications was applied and it rained not even half an hour aftetwards.

technician is very friendly
technician is very friendly and knowledgeable. they do more than just fertilizing, Both side neighbors have other lawn services and my lawn puts theirs to shame. my lawn is much thicker and greener in color. I get compliments on my lawn from strangers walking by.

My experience is that your people go out of their way to answer my questions and provide the service I request. Creeping Charlie has been a challenge and you have provided extra effort to try and contain it. I expect next growing season will see the Creeping Charlie gone from our lawn.

I decided to return to Tru Green after a year of testing the waters and seeing how a competitor's service was. After that year there was no doubt that I was returning to Tru-Green, and it paid off. I was very happy with my service and the way the lawn looked this year, as here it is the middle of November and my lawn is still nice and green and healthy. Making sure the leaves are off the ground gives myself and others a chance to see my beautiful lawn. When I did have concerns with a certain area of the lawn, I was able to meet with the technician at my home and we went over the area, and after recommendations from the technician, the service for that area was put into place and the problem was resolved and the lawn was weed free and beautiful. Tru-Green will be our lawn service provider for year to come.

"The whole process is seamless. Tru Green calls you the day before, you do not need to be home and they leave a summary and recommendation note following the visit. It cannot get any easier. Plus you can prepay for the entire year, ahead of time, to save money and truly make the process that much easier. Our yard was a mess with weeds and creeping charlie. We are land-locked by neighbors that don't take care of their yard. And we tried everything under-the-sun to contain it ourselves. In less than a year of working with Tru Green, we could walk barefoot and play in our yard! "
