Great job on calling ahead for applications and great information packets left at the door if you are not home. My only concern is 1 of the applications was applied and it rained not even half an hour aftetwards.

technician is very friendly and knowledgeable. they do more than just fertilizing, Both side neighbors have other lawn services and my lawn puts theirs to shame. my lawn is much thicker and greener in color. I get compliments on my lawn from strangers walking by.

My experience is that your people go out of their way to answer my questions and provide the service I request. Creeping Charlie has been a challenge and you have provided extra effort to try and contain it. I expect next growing season will see the Creeping Charlie gone from our lawn.

I decided to return to Tru Green after a year of testing the waters and seeing how a competitor's service was. After that year there was no doubt that I was returning to Tru-Green, and it paid off. I was very happy with my service and the way the lawn looked this year, as here it is the middle of November and my lawn is still nice and green and healthy. Making sure the leaves are off the ground gives myself and others a chance to see my beautiful lawn. When I did have concerns with a certain area of the lawn, I was able to meet with the technician at my home and we went over the area, and after recommendations from the technician, the service for that area was put into place and the problem was resolved and the lawn was weed free and beautiful. Tru-Green will be our lawn service provider for year to come.
